bro, my honda jazz GD 03 starting to give noise when i turn on my air cond, some people say it is because of the fan belt, and some say it might be because the bearing has loose, i dont know what are those. can please suggest me something?

the noise came out when i turn on my aircond, starting like 'kreing..kreing..' sound. wah, i get so annoyed every time i turn them on, don't you think by changing fan belt it would disappear? i want to get rid of it asap. huhu
