mine is saga BLM. nothing is wrong with my air cond. its extra cold. but i hate the air cond robs too much torque.i prefer driving fun than cabin comfort.

can u suggest a less load AC compressor to replace my SD7H15 sanden?i heard its meant for 2.0 cars above.wahlao proton.

a rotary compressor? how much to modify mounting and everything till i can drive peacefully?

thx is a small problem...no need to spend so mush to less the temp ... icon_rolleyes.gif
do u know ur car got 2 air cond switch ...
one is to adjust air blow , called BLOWER SWITCH
one is to adjust temp/cold, called RESISTOR CONTROL OR TEMP SWITCH

just adjust the temp switch to the temp u feel comfort  notworthy.gif

hmm, i think u dont get my point. actually, my saga BLM aircond robs too much power from the engine, therefore, the acceleration becomes so weak. if i turn off the aircond, the acceleration kinda double up.

so, i conclude that the air cond compressor is overspec and robbing too much engine power. the saga BLM ac compressor,SD7H15, i heard is meant for 2.0 cars, from SANDEN website.

turning the air cond temperature control to minimum will just minimize the frequency of the AC compressor kick in,in other word, i ll still feel the power loss of engine when it kicks in.

so, can u suggest me a rotary compressor which will rob much less engine power?coz i don mind to lose the cabin comfort.
