Can a recon aircon for myVi break after 3.5 months?

hi bro.. got prob with my inspira air cond..
air-cond only cool on driver side.. on the passenger side only air flowing but noot cool air..

I would like to ask .. my Myvi , aircon very noisy .. when jam or car stop for too long  time then the heat come out ..
but if keep driving then it works normally but still noisy ..

Hi Bro, my Kia Forte having problem with aircond..at first we thought maybe the gas finished, so we went to topup to gas but the workshop said that the pipe is leaking, but still can last for another 1month..so we just topup the gas only...not even after 24hrs, the aircond is getting warm and not cold anymore...so we when to another workshop and they said might be Aircond Compressor... how much the cost for aircond compressor for Kia Forte ? And do you know which workshop is good in this problem ? Need your help, plisss.....
