My kenari compressor also very hot ( aircon not cool at all ) during traffic jam

My aircon on 4g91 got some problem, it was become no cold especially on noon, was try to enter new R12 gas still same, fuse no problem, fan running fast, check the valve tank the gas still lot, but it was just no cold as few month ago. Suspect either leaking or compressor problem. How much to mod for compressor to denso? And, my blower when ON got very loud wind sound, how to solve it? Try change other blower still same, the sound like "shhhhhhhhh,shhhhhhhhh" when kick in.

High rev then aircond cold. Low rev then aircond not cold. What's the problem? My car is saga lmst year 2004.

sometimes the blower sound is there but very small amount of air coming out.
i turn off the a/c switch then gradually the cold air came in and air came back out. maybe like something condensed inside? iced up?

Air cond suddenly not working. Blows air but just plain air. Compressor seems running. Got the 'Kirk' sound when air cond turn on.
But don't see any bubble in the window at the high pressure tube side.

Let my car car mechanic have a brief check. He told me that the compressor is not running, the drive belt turns as usual but the rubber at the compressor is melted away. Can't catch in the drive belt to turn the compressor.

Please advice, is this related to the magnetic clutch? Do it need to change compressor or can be fixed or just change the rubber at the compressor?

Got 'Kirk' sound, but it seems the magnetic clutch burnt.
Compressor seems fine, still can be used.

As I know it fits, slightly different piping position and bigger pulley, will require to adjust the belt tensioner.
It is a piston based compressor compared to Myvi which is rotary type?

when move time, it is fine but not during traffic jam, slow move time.
During jam time, my car air cond is blowing out hot air.

i have get my car recharging - refill of refrigerant last 2 months, seems does not help.

my car aircon had problem last 2mths after sent it to service n change the aircon belt (Belt had make noisy sound:eeek when car started after 3-4hrs park. Change to Bando, is recommended?). A day later, the aircon went total out that it was blowing only hot air instead of cold air. Went to workshop n changed magnetic clutch unit. Was told that the original unit was burnt.
Now after 2mths, aircon make very noisy sound n i can't hear any compresser normal on/off during idle. Noise sound sometimes follow the car acceleration; press gas pedal=noise sound like jet engine. On idle, the noisy sound ('eeee' sound) appear like compressor need to on/off (rpm up, eeee sound appear, rpm down- eeee sound gone) Aircon still cold but seem not as cold as before. Is my compressor just 'kong' or is there any other parts that faulty & need to check? Now scare that even change compressor, same problem appear again if other parts is the culprit.
any advice?
