Quickly consult a endocrinologist and you might be required to redo the blood test and have x-ray.
Did you have any new supplement, medicine or change of lifestyle?
Last time I had high TSH reading too but after redoing the test at hospital, it was normal again. When I thought back, it was the time when I started on contraceptive pill issued by gynae.
Nonetheless, don't postpone on seeking professional opinion.

Oh no.. Contraceptive pills lead to hyperthyroidism?

No proof on that. But it's the only thing I did differently for that span of time.

Actually it was prescribed by gynae just that once to regulate my hormone, but not long after taking, I feel like something in my throat. Which is why I went to GP and got the first blood test with abnormal TSH reading. The next week I stopped the pills already when taking the second blood test.

Very short time only, didn't even finish the whole packet. I think I stopped for one week before the second test.

Be very careful with detox product. You won't know what they put inside.
