The TSH show in the high side.

Yes, your TSH results denote hyperthyroid condition. You definitely need to seek medical advice, and do NOT delay.

Listen to what the endocrinologist says and the recommendation given. Usually, medication is advised, and is lifelong. In some extreme cases, surgery is the best way to go, but the long and the short is, you need to seek professional medical help.

This condition is only life threatening if left untreated for too long. It does not impact too much on your quality of life once a remedy is prescribed and followed.

Thanks for your advise. shall arrange and get consult from doctor sooner.
By the way, is that mean i need start medicine once i get Thyroid? It won't be cure / reduce after some time having medication?

Most welcome, immediate medication depends on the doctor's medical prognosis.
In most cases, the doctor should be able to provide a starter dose pack, after which you will be placed under observation for the next few weeks to months.

Get ready for constant blood tests, every few weeks to months in order to monitor your T3, T4 and TSH levels. Most importantly as I said from the beginning, is to follow the doctor's advise closely. Do not worry, this is a treatable condition, I have been taking my medication for 20 plus years already.

My condition is opposite of yours, hypothyroidism ... a completely dormant thyroid gland; so it is a lifelong thing for me. If you are fortunate enough, it may be temporary, but even if it is not, just stick to your recommended medication and dose, you will be fine.
