Wakanda are normal human being blessed with Vibranium tech n weapons. Asgardian technically are Gods, but their weapons are just meh. Gods stamina > normal human. But it'll be a good fight with Vibranium on Wakanda's side.

In terms of leaders. This is interesting. Key thing is this. Technically lightning is kinetic energy. Is the lightning summoned by Thor kinetic energy? If it is, then Black Panthers' suit can absorb Thor's lightning all day long. And just use it back on him. They will go toe to toe. Until Thor goes into hulk out mode like in Thor Ragnarok. And Thor is a god, Black panther is not. Black panther can only fight so long from his normal human stamina. While Thor will have limitless stamina as he is a god. So Thor will win in the long run.
