What is your recent experience with ezbuy?

THere's been some post in the past. But want to know as of recently how is the delivery with EZBUY. Are they good? Seems like a lot of negative comment with Ezbuy from my research. Want to know what are some of your experiences recently?

i've been using it and then after that i stop it.
not that they are bad. but during peak season you will know they are getting unstable, shipping become late ... etc. looks like their logistic cannot handle it. but their customer service are very good tho. after that I use taobao logistic service, because it's cheaper than ezbuy. my opinion is that they are not bad, just that logistic fleet seems to have problem during high volume season. |

shipping only rm9 coz of their prime thing. but missing 1 item afterward, take quite sometime to communicate with em to resend the item |

i've used ezbuy buy-for-me service on a few occasions for Amazon US and Ebay US, for Blurays mostly. I had no issues with them. I was in no hurry to get my package and all my packages have arrived in good condition. my last order with them was back on Dec-2018.

Anyone has used their ezship service to buy cosmetics from Sephora US? Their maximum liability if item got missing in their US warehouse is only rm200. This is not covered by the insurance
