To all Sifu out there, I understand that all the management duties are listed down in the SPA and house Rule, but what can owner do when they misconduct any of the term included in the terms and conditions.
For example, management block the parking lot at all time and no one can park there, then some vvip or vip of the management company people drop-by, they are offered to park at the prohibited parking.
Is there anything we can do to stop this kind of action. We are small potato in the community, sound to management people they also don't bother to take care of.
Need some advice from sifu here about what are our rights toward those misconduct or management that does not follow their duties.

Snap photo when u saw them park there, then show to ur management CEO and ask him to explain it.
