ML is providing additional 2% rebate on top of the pre launch discount of 20%
Loan amount can only reach 70% from most banks
I have placed my booking, but still feeling not positive about it after reading all the previous buyers nightmares on the LAD, defects and customer service.
At the same time, Sime also promoting its Aurora service apartment. Maybe I should consider that place, but no more greeneries, just noisy roads.

do you have the photo of the plans? where the road will head to.. The park behind dorsett in owned by SDP.. so which back road is it?
It will be built in between sjmc and dorsett hotel right?
Other than that if you think of investment.. 2k units.. how easy will it be for you to let it go when the starting price is already high / rent it out.. Compete with other units at the apartment itself and in SJ area + hotels nearby such as grand dorsett itself & holiday villa. If thinking about airbnb.. Dorsett hotel you can get around RM200-220/night , holiday villa RM1xx/night.
Thinking about renting it out to students? They have better choice in SS15 (Grand SS15) + here they have lrt nearby.. Not to forget the apartments in SS16, near to LRT subang jaya, got shuttle bus to/from INTI at the station..
You need to consider, what is this project's advantages compared to the rest in the area.
