The problem is all clubs inflate their prices whenever United comes knocking. It is made worst by every player who wants to leave their club start rumors that United is interested in them. Look at the number of players rumored to be joining United since Ferguson left. It has just become so ridiculous especially Newcastle asking price for Longstaff.
