It looks like they want you to submit copy of IC as well over google form ..

DBKL is so far behind other local councils on online system.

agree and partly because they are headed by a moron that only take gaji buta

Our local government (councils) & federal government doesn't have good online system.

Its as if the entire system & thought that put it together are headed by boomers who think you just shift paper filing to online. Like asking a kampung pakcik opinion.

Register first on:
1. Cukai Taksiran
- Untuk mengisi borang cukai taksiran DI SINI

It will take you to Google Forms. Fill in your particulars & submit.

Should you not get an email reply (which is common), then email them at csspdbkl@gmail.com

Log in once you have your ID & Password (which will be email to you).

Right after you log in, on main page:

Left bar, click "Akaun" (second line down)

On Centre page, click "Taksiran" (with logo Tax)

On Centre page, "Lihat" (on right hand side)

Your entire Statement of Account will show up, starting from year 2014 (nothing earlier, I've checked as my account started from year 2002)

To make payment, click on "Tambah Ke Troli" (on top right, highlighted in blue)

Click "Buat Bayaran" (on bottom left, highlighted in green)

Not everything. Our application is not online. Have to submit IC via google forms. Maybe that's online to them 😅

Guys i managed to signup for dbkl online without submitting my IC. I just snapshot my cukai pintu bill and give them. After submitting the form, just email them ask them activate. Don't wait for them after submitting the online application

Did what you suggested, but email from CSSP asking to submit IC ... .
Previuosly, it was much easier to get the assessment tax details and pay online. This year the whole thing just got scrapped. Not productive but regressive..

its been years since i last get bill for this , use to go to pejabat tanah to pay with the bill.

i want to pay online, but i have no idea whats my account number now cuz many years never get the bill....

I got my new number by phoning them.

The payment module in Mobis appears to be out of order, and so I paid through JomPay (code 6981, Ref-1 my new account number) and that seems to have gone through according to my bank.
