Speaking from my own experience, the laptop has thankfully performed fine without any major quips. I've been to their SC once to reformat my Windows and the turnaround time is quite fast.is illegear build quality taking a drop?

However in regards to the after sales service, it would be very good if their SC can consider to operate on weekends as well, quite troublesome for those who are only available to send in their machines on Saturdays, just my 2 cents..
