My budget around 5000-6000.
preference then would be battery life.. but gaming battery won't last long. The lenovo voucher code = LENXCIMB must be check out with CIMB card only ? |

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Jan 4 2020, 05:47 PM) Y740 is better, but doesn't mean Y540 has bad build quality Y7000SE build and thermal cooling same with Y540 ? Different cooling: Y740 cools slightly better despite slightly thinner chassis Y740 has GSYNC, RGB and TB3 Y740 don't have numpad and has weird keyboard layout+worse typing feel Y540 is the same with Y7000SE RM550 different between these 2 model. |

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Jan 6 2020, 06:01 PM) Customize both with the same spec. And different RM550. Just curious instead of the cover back design and keyboard backlight different. Any significant performance/feature different. Y540 can get H300 headphone with RM1 <--this the additional from Y540. |

![]() LENXCIMB can be applied on the Y7000 Black Estimated total: RM4,961.80 Seem like the ready-made spec got some component not able to choose in the customization section. Hard Drive: 1TB 7200+512GB SSD PCIe Wireless: Intel Jefferson Peak 2 9560 2x2ac+BT5.0 Non-Vpro Now myself being a dilemma of choosing Y7000SE with Y540 17IRH. Bigger body better thermal ventilation? QUOTE(cfphan @ Jun 4 2020, 12:27 PM) compiled using https://psref.lenovo.com/ Just get in touch with the Lenovo sales support. Their info on the Lenovo website is wrong. u can input the model u are looking for and u will get the specs being asked to refer to the psref website as well. You had made the order? Which model did you pick? |

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Apr 20 2021, 11:27 AM) L7: metal C cover, 100g less, design (looks more premium?), RGB light show, slightly thinner, can open lid 180 degrees vs 135, 1.3mm vs 1.5mm key travel, VC cooling, can choose 3080 150-165W, can choose 5900HX 3080 + 5900HX way over my budget, need around 10K. L5P lid cannot open 180 degrees? Not all legion can open 180? Can share abit on the screen? AMD Freesyn and VESA DIsplayHDR™ 400? |
