1) if now got good recommendation? if later any models i need to keep an eye on & how long ETA?

2) no need 16gb ram

3) HD display is ok, not really going for 4k. 13' / 14' / 15' is okay, no preference there actually. 256gb storage min (imho not really keen on having that low on board storage). type-c/thunderbolt is not a priority. if can jimat on win10/office365, i'd take it, im comfortable installing that myself. probably okay webcam, for this PKP age, i guess?. AMD/Intel is fine, but those amd mobile chips tho hngh.
