I would like to requires assistance on below. Looking for a laptop for work. Budget 10k by company

Specs below:
a. >= i5 processor
b. 512GB SSD
c. 16GB RAM
d. 13/14" display size
e. W10 Pro
f. Office with outlook
g. Battery > 8hrs
h. Wait time - within a month

I proposed XPS but boss said its not business look, ask me check latitude.
I'm thinking macbook pro but i like to hear other suggestion, please not bulky and easy mobility and importantly business look.

Mostly MS office & autoCAD.
Time to time zoom for presentation, just don't want get lag/hang when sharing ms office like words, excel and power point.

Will look into latitude, because my boss didn't mention any budget, though get less than Rm10k, that why i look into XPS.
