Actually, considering between the XPS 13, HP Spectre x360 and Envy right now. (open to other good options) I'm looking for 1. Something light 2. Preferably with touchscreen (no also can lah) Unfortunately the normal XPS 13 doesn't come with the touchscreen option, the 2-in-1 does though, cannot upgrade storage unless choose the i7 option too Price difference between the XPS 13 7390 2-in-1 with the Spectre x360 is a lot too. Can give some advice, sifu? Also does anyone know how are the after-sale services for Dell or HP? Saw your first post for QC rank, does that include service?

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Oct 15 2019, 06:09 PM) What's your budget? For that price I would definitely go for business laptops Preferably under 5k. Actually dont mind going over a bit also if it's 512gb SSD. yeah definitely going for business laptops, just using this for normal stuff and watching anime. Here's Dell's XPS 13 with 512gb's price Took a look at the Thinkpad too, but I feel like the laptop itself doesn't look very premium at that price. QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Oct 15 2019, 11:25 PM) XPS is consumer grade. Business grade (Thinkpad except E series/Latitude except 3000 series/Elitebook) is more premium Sorry but do you mind elaborating more on the consumer and business grade? Oh I didn't know that the thinkpad x-series was more premium. I'll have a look at thw latitude and elitebook ltr. Actually just need a light one easy to bring out and do uni stuff haha This post has been edited by Ladszy: Oct 16 2019, 12:34 AM

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Oct 16 2019, 12:41 AM) Business grade: higher QC+QA, usually 3 yr warranty Thinkpad in general: P>T>X>L>E Ahh I see, in your opinion, usually need that long of a warranty? Took a look at the latitude 5000, seems not bad, bit heavier than the XPS. But the 7000 seems really good, I'm curious why this isn't getting enough attention compared to the xps though? Actually would you know any other ultrabooks I should be looking at? This post has been edited by Ladszy: Oct 16 2019, 12:58 AM
