Hi, may I know why Surface Pro not in your list? is it becoz the price too high or the quality not up to your standard? or it in total different class?

*
-high price
-anticonsumer design
-below average reliability

only consider it when you 100% need a W10 tablet

Only trust the review list or suggest list models from famous YouTuber such as Dave2D, OWNorDisown , Bob Of All Trades etc, the one whom self claim adviser without touch 99 % of the units he suggest/ list, u can ignore him la

Since Modern 14 AMD doesn't have reviews yet, M433 is decent

hi to all

im looking for a ultrabook that has bright and sharp display and light for my mum, working as a teacher who needs to carry her laptop always and her eyesight is not good with regular low end TN panel, not enough brightness she said.

thus, yesterday surveying ,saw Lenovo s540 ryzen 7 with QHD IPS display which satisfy her requirement but no HDMI port. Priced at 3199 with free gift 22' monitor and targus backpack,

is there any other ultrabook that can compete in terms of display, weight and price with s540? performance wise i think my mum would not use it for high demanding software or game.

budget is not more than RM3500. I'm concern regarding battery life as the laptop using ryzen 7 3750, perhaps if i can get ryzen 5 4500 which is more efficient.

kindly enlighten me and provide some suggestion. purchase is not urgent, maybe can extend to 1 month hold with current laptop, impending death. thank you.

Removed Flex 5 temporary due to build quality concerns. If you want a portable performance 14 inch laptop (35W under load), you still can consider the AMD model.

Are there any reason you are not recommending the New Inspiron 14?

https://www.dell.com/en-my/shop/laptops-and...w516014270myw10

It seems like a lot of spec for the price.

Fried my laptop motherboard playing video games. Any laptop that is good for gaming under rm3k? I mostly play single player games like Dishonored etc, used to setting low graphics already.

Note: LENXCIMB code only provides 6% discount now, would suggest waiting for slight discounts during weekends or getting retail unit

Thank you sir. I'll look into those options
Still considering whether I should get separate gaming desktop and ultralight notebook for work so that my laptop don't get wrecked by overheating again.

any ultrabook recommendations for work (excel, gdrive, edraw, power bi), will be doing lots of flow diagrams, projects, meeting clients etc so prefer something portable.

Any preferences on weight and display size? Mind low sRGB display and non-upgradeable RAM?
