u mean this was last time an abandoned project, but now some developer come take over it and "refurbish" the whole block?

It was an abandoned site. There were old Block 7 building of Lagoon Perdana Apartment complex that partially completed and they torn it down before building this new D7.

Heard that this is the first project for wonderful insight. Is this project stable.

Hopefully the contactor is experience one...

Many new developer building with have many issue with defects once completed....

But the price is reasonable with their current reputation

Today went to their showroom, i can share some info here.
The layout mainly is focusing on Room, and not those common area, mainly maybe because the aim is more toward investment type.

The room size is actually quite decent, but you cant really further partition each of the room except for living room.
Their ceiling is 10.5 feet high tho.

But what bother me now from booking a unit is the developer reputation, as there is little to no info on them cuz they are fairly new.

Was told by SA Wonderful Insight is under TA Global, not sure whether is this good enough? Any sifu can comment from this?


Went there 3 weeks ago. The staff said one of the director is from TA Global. The developer is not under TA Global.

Yea, should be one of the director not the entire company under TA Global, sorry for the confusion.

So did you place any booking? I still can't decide whether to proceed to booking or not, scare later project can't finish. Did you got any more info on the developer Wonderful Insight ? like is the company financially strong or ???

Same for me, i went to the show unit last week and the price seems to be too good to be true as Union Suites and Sunway Geo nearby are selling at at least RM950 psf. Have anyone dropped by during peak hours to see the surrondings? i saw quite a lot of foreign workers (i guess) nearby Lagoon Perdana Apartment. Besides, heard frm the SA that the vacant land next to D7 is owned by WingTai and likely there will be 80units of semi detached houses to be built in future by WingTai.

My other consideration also includes the new developer deliverables and quality of work.

Yes there is fencing and neighbor unable to sime go in. I just bought a unit 😂

Dafuq you talking about?  First, development just completed last week.  Can walk to Sunway Geo and Sunway Medical, very close.

Anything wrong? That stretch full of bangla foreign worker, shoplots in front as well. Totally different vibes compared to Sunway. Close doesn’t mean it has the same standards with Sunway Area. Lol

You sound pretty butthurt.  The area is fantastic.  It's a block from Sunway South Quay.  Literally Sunway area.
Got the place because I can walk to Sunway Geo and no problems renting it out if I needed to.

I suggest people go look for themselves.

End of the street is a dead end where D'7 is.  Quite a nice nook.

In Malaysia Near by SUNWAY can make Different World like heaven and HELL

I Stay Subang around 10 years, i very Familiar Sunway and Subang Area.

In Subang and Sunway Area only can buy or invest at Sunway Geo, Sunway Pyramid Walking Distant, Sunway Medical Centre, USJ 1 (BRT), USJ 7 (LRT Interchange), SS15 & SS16.

Other Area Subang and Sunway DONT BUY, you will never get good rental or easy to sell
