I've seen a rise of people selling illegal copies of games and movies on Carousell, such as bootleg DVDs, movies from Torrent in pendrives/hardisk, or providing installation services or "cracked" PC games etc. Every time I report any such listing on Carousell, they will replay with the same BS "it doesn't violate or listing policy". I've even emailed a Carousell representative and customer service and they reply the same thing: "Thank you for your feedfback. We will improve our service in the future." yet these sellers never get banned.

I've been selling original items on Carousell for years and it's sad to see that all you need to do is download a game and movie off torrent and make RM5 out of the download. Thanks for promoting piracy, Carousell!

Have you tried to submit a complaint to Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs?

I didn't bothered. Point is that the people running that site have no issues with selling pirated items even when their mods already reviewed it.

TS dun kepoh. I sold a lot of stuff on Caurosell. It is a much better place to sell stuff than lowyat.net.

Garage Sales is like shit nowadays.

Full of known scammers but mod wont take action.
