Not really.PFSense / Untangle / Sophos are firewalls that can detect suspicious activities eg port scanning / flooding / SSL Cert mismatch etc.
Pi-Hole can block traffic from known list of malicious sites or ad sites.
Both complement each other. Trend Micro solutions in higher-end Asus/TP-Link routers do both things to some extent.
