Got a client who's mother suddenly receive letter from cawangan siasatan implying she didn't declare income, because they see her bank account a lot of money but actually the bank account was shared with my client who declared all his income and don't even bother claiming any reliefs (because orang kaya).

Knowing they will be sore loser, they went and check the son file also, then the sons Sdn bhds. January until now also they haven't successfully hit my client with anything, everything done properly.

I think not about being good Malaysian, is just he rich until no feel the tax. Pass all the documents to us, we prepare for him and tell him still got xxxk to pay, no blink eye just prepare cheque. I think the tax paid worth not having to deal with irb.

Sometimes LHDN also fucked up one. They don't care if clients pay u or not. As long taxes due, must pay. Kena before but ended up paying in instalments. And eventually the client ran away. Had to void the outstanding balance in later years.

That's why never ever share your bank account with anyone.
