i have eaten, they knows how to cut the bottom the right way so it doesn't smell like Malaysian duck.
malaysian does't care even if the duct smells because from young are used to it. As long skin is crispy they consider good.

If don't want the Ducky smell, why the hell they eat duck?
Just eat chicken.

It's just same like people want to eat lamp or mutton, but don't want the gamy kambing smell. What the hell.

Got-la most know how to cut without the beckside, maybe lazy or trainee/bangla/myanmar cut for you? I used to buy from Kepong and nvr have the smell, sometimes got smell from the sauce but separate from meat. Go village roasters also perfect duck with crispy skin.

There aren't t many halal ones to begin with, what more a decent one, but the place i used to go to for my fix was roast kitchen at ttdi. The meat served there rarely has that gamey taste. Quality only started going south when they moved to shaftsbury sq in cyberjaya. These days I just buy the frozen ones directly from a shop in taman perindustrian subang (near akasia). It taste just as good if not better, especially their smoked duck. If anyone's interested, you can buy them from a fellow lyn forumer here or just drop by the office cum shop

Well you can ask them
I am pretty sure it's halal
It's pretty reasonable though the price
Rm36 for quite a big portion.
I went to road side to order duck drumstick rice also around rm14.

Yes I went to travelling duck at mid valley. Thought it was going to cost a bomb.

Anyone tried Itek itik Roast Duck at Damansara Jaya?
It's muslim friendly.

I tried order thru Grab. First few times ok then not so ok. Pricey, small portion.... maybe I should try to dine-in one day.
