The Four Seasons restaurants in London’s Chinatown have long used Irish ducks. So popular and it’s known then that SQ pilots and cabin crew used to ta pau home.

i have eaten, they knows how to cut the bottom the right way so it doesn't smell like Malaysian duck.
malaysian does't care even if the duct smells because from young are used to it. As long skin is crispy they consider good.

Just eat chicken.
