Hello there, would like to know if anyone has experiences as i did ..
I previously using Maxis Fiber 100mbs and upgraded to 300mbs ..
After upgrade when i speed-test it only 100mbs ..
but when i check on my account it already upgrade to 300mbs

When i apply the maxis agent told me that my area , router and modem can support 300mbs , so i apply for it..
try to call Maxis they say will check for it and get back to me again ..
So do i need to some setting on the router ?
I am using the Latest Router give by Maxis ..

Anyone know what problem is it ?

Dia belum upgrade le tu.

Please request Maxis tech support to check your BTU (modem), the LAN connection on older BTUs only support up to 100mb max.
