So I got my Raven early May.

the funniest thing is without charging the laptop the game that I play LAGGED. And the game that I played is only RIMWORLD.

And your support team tell me "Kindly play games while charging only, not on battery as it degrades battery’s life & also there would be frame drop sometimes because turbo frequency of CPU is disabled."

They dont offer solutions even when they told me my laptop is ready to be shipped yet they took 2 days to verify my payment and generate an invoice. 

I really would think again or to recommend anyone.
