Having a hard time to decide between Raven SE and Level 51 Forge 15. Both have similar specs but the Forge 15 got 120hz monitor at same price

Does the 100% srgb and 144hz screen makes alot of difference on Raven SE? Got promo for rm50 off now. I mainly use for work, some video editing and light to medium gaming

Bought Prodigy from 11.11 promo. Loving it so far for gaming. Also using it at work. It doesn't stand out so much as a gaming laptop so its perfect not to attract so much attention. Only downside is the short battery life

By the way how can I reduce the battery drain when the laptop is on sleep mode? The battery drained around 30-40% after half a day without doing anything. Lid closed.

Is there any way to contact customer support outside of working hours and weekends?

Can I know where is the setting to change keyboard backlight idle time?
Previously the backlight will turn off after minutes of idle time. Now it just turn on all the time until sleep mode or shut down.

Same. End up send in and replace SSD

My data was able to backup. They are quite helpful.
They transferred my backup data into the new SSD.

Seems like the SSD got quite some issues. I also RMA once. But the customer service was good. So I'm alright with it.

By the way, is there any windows lock button? Because my windows key is not working. Tried many solutions from online search but cannot fix it.
