Need urgent help! My laptop (illegear raven se) randomly gets the blue screen and reboots into aptio setup utility. I cant get out from this and ive tried settings such as disabling secure boot and enable launch csm. Any fix for this?

can it detect your ssd/hdd when it boot into bios?
*
Im not sure about that. How do i check it? When i try to start and hold f2 i will be sent back to Aptio Setup Utility. Is it the bios?

Edit: its says in advance settings that sata device and nvme device empty?

Edit 2: trying to repair from usb drive. When i run chkdsk from command prompt there is no problems with my drive. However could not perform system restore as ill get the error “ To use System Restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore”

Right now seems like ive another option which is downloading windows 10 to boot it from usb drive. But isnt it clean reinstallation and i will lose all my files that i have right now?

just want to tell my bad experience with my raven SE (bought arnd sept 2019). i'm using the stock 512gb m.2 ssd which died this year in may, then about last month my screen (took the 100% srgb option) is facing burn/ghosting issues, as im still in need of my laptop im currently connecting it to a external monitor. others still work fine

So many complains on their SSD. I think they should talk to the OEM manufacturer. Can take photo of the screen and show?

here's a video when my laptop is booting and photo of the screen. it got worse than before already. how long does it take to replace the screen if i send it to the service centre?

Hi puchongite, around 97~98% sRGB.
Hi reverze, we had bad batch of Phison 512GB E12S SSD in year 2019. For users who have received the bad SSD, we provide free upgrade to Samsung PM981A 512GB NVMe SSD for free. Kindly contact our tech support for more details 0182618599 (WhatsApp).
