Hi, would like to know if any1 have the same problem as mine below with their raven se too:

-2 weeks into having the laptop, it keep crashing and getting stuck at bios while restarting. Brought to illegear to fix ended up changing the ssd.

-Just 1 week away from 1 year of owning the laptop, same problem again, laptop just randomly crashes. Again had to bring to illegear for fixing, also the battery was bulging too. Laptop stayed there for 3 weeks with little update, end up calling illegear, was told the laptop has been fixed (changed ssd again) and was just waiting for battery to arrive (another 2-3 weeks of waiting). I decided to collect the laptop first without the battery as it was almost sem end for my bro’s classes. Just as the laptop was being setup, the crashing started randomly again. Now have to bring back again to illegear tomorrow -.-

My thoughts: Has illegear’s parts quality dropped so badly over the years? My Older Z5 had little to no problems and still working fine till today.

Think my rma is 2006-083

Worst thing is that i was told that they swapped the ssd when i went to collect the laptop. After bringing the laptop back today i learned that i was still using the old ssd 😕

shit that sucks, mine was at the edge of almost 1 year luckily. hopefully the replacement batt won't have this problem again.

Just was quite disappointed with the cs this time as 1 of the main reason i went for illegear again was the good cs.
