im abit pissed now with the delay, order made 6th july, then you guys said ETA was mid july.

Then mid july say ETA end july, okay i wait.

And i didn't realize  ETA actually mean arrival, not ready to collect.

Now say ETA early August and it take another few weeks after that to setup.

I expect i will get my laptop end of august or worst september.

What the hell is this delay? Its okay if your ETA is inaccurate for a week, ETA delay for 1 month really?

I don't like my money stuck in your wallet and i get all the bs ETA dates.

Either you give me a non bs - acceptable ETA date or can you just refund.

Quick review on my unit.
Below was the spec i bought
i7+1650

Machine was slightly thicker than i think, around 3cm think which cnt put into my 15' laptop pouch and normal laptop bag.
On the right side, 2 USB 3.0 and card reader.
On the left side, 1 USB, network port.
Behind, 2 thunder port 2.0, HDMI, charging port and a usb type c port and 2 airflow exit.

Keyboard feel like normal keyboard with RGB light, sry not sure how to differentiate it if it was mechanical. I think is not.
Touchpad feel like normal. but i doubt gamer will use mouse rather than touchpad 

My machine weight is 2kg instead of 1.9kg, maybe due to heavier graphic card or what. Include charger it weight 2.5kg.

Overall built quality was good for normal usage.

Performance wise, never test much on gaming.
As reported by forumer earlier, by using only battery, the fps will be around 30-40, and when plug-in, fps will run around 90-100 for pubg.
Screen color was good.
Battery life run around 2 hours for normal usage. drain quite fast actually.
Speaker quality was not that good, but okay for normal usage.

Ordered it on 06/12/2019 but received it during 22/08/19, delivery was mas using GDEX for some reason and not DHL as intended.
Everything was in order, just the slight delay in receiving the items, still it was worthwhile.

sorry for late reply, bz these few days and no time to touch my laptop.
Shipping they used After5 for my case.
Deliver on 8pm, they tot my deliver address was office so they don deliver on saturday, till i call them only the arrange again.
3cm including the "leg" maybe..

So i just notice one thing..this keyboard does not support independent rgb light? cnt seem to find a way to do so...

hello, i need help. My raven se 1650+1050 keeps dropping wifi. When I troubleshoot it fixes it by resetting wifi adaptor and saying problem was "default gateway unavailable"

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing fixes it. The adapter is intel ac-9560.

I must say that I am very pissed off with the delay when i saw someone gets it first.

received my raven se last week after 2.5 months waiting. afaik it comes with free kyronaut thermal paste. Below are the results playing GTAV and Dota 2. I dont think cpu temp is any good.(and also uneven! 😪) is this normal ?
