illegear team, i have sent a picture of my raven laptop battery to you, it seems to be bulging on 2 sides, now im unable to close the cover, due to the bulge. Not sure what happened here.

for safety reasons, i disconnected the battery wires from m/board, and running solely plugged in now.

to other users : anybody having battery bulging problem?

illegear team, the the new replaced (last month) battery seems dead , will inform your support team on this.

No bloating, but laptop unable to run off battery, instant shut down when unplug.

last RMA no. is 10003335, i'm infomed that there is no stock at the moment, so have to wait for new battery to claim since is within warranty.

does illegear have early numbers to compare 2060 of 115w, 90w, 80w?
