Any owner of the Raven-SE have any problem with their audio jack? Mine doesn't seem to be able to detect any of my headphones or earphones. The audio still comes out from the speakers eventhough my earphones are already plugged in.

Most probably caused by driver, have you contacted our support to remotely assist you on the audio driver installation? 0182618599 (Whatsapp)

Got Realtek audio console, and sound blaster cinema too, maybe you can contact illegear support on this.

Yeah will definitely contact them once I exhausted all my options...I'm suspecting it's a problem with the audio port..coz it does detect my earphones maybe 1 out of 10 times..but once I unplugged it and plug it back..it doesn't detect anymore...
