Hi ryukidoreoh, at the moment, the 144Hz display option is exclusive for laptops with GTX 1660Ti & RTX GPUs but we shall update the configuration pages gradually once the option is available for other models.

Hi steevan1000, yes we are able to offer a display panel upgrade for RAVEN after purchase. However, the refresh rate capability would be depending on the graphics card equipped on the laptop.

The CPU and the GPU of the laptop are soldered onto the motherboard. Thus, an upgrade is only possible if the whole motherboard is replaced (counts as a new motherboard purchase).

However for our laptops, the RAM, HDD, SSD, SSHD, wireless card as well as the warranty duration can be upgraded in the future after laptop purchase is made Kindly note that opening the back panel of the laptop to upgrade/service/replace the components inside will not void the warranty of the laptop~

We have several customers in the past that has used RAVEN with Ubuntu (separate storage drive is recommended for dual-booting) but there will be a few compatiblity issue (eg: keyboard backlight coloring, manual fan speed adjustment) since Ubuntu/Fedora is not officially supported by RAVEN, hope this clarifies.

It is more durable due to the stronger material

If the issue is relating to the battery of the laptop, we are able to perform a re-seating or a re-calibration on the battery to see if the issue can be resolved. However since the issue is hardware-related, a remote rectification is not possible for this case. Therefore, are you available to send in the laptop for an inspection?

For the warranty, it covers the laptop as a whole (speakers, screen, touchpad, internal components, motherboard, etc) from manufacturing damages, hope this clarifies.
