Sorry to learn about this! I could not confirm for certain via a remote diagnosis but the booting issue but it might either be caused by a BIOS setting re-configuration/SSD connection issue.

We had indeed encountered a setback previously due to stock shortage issue but it has been sorted out (most of the 10th Gen models have arrived) and we are now back to our normal lead time for order processing! rclxm9.gif

Hi rapple, in regards to the FPS drop/gameplay lag while on battery, kindly note that the same behavior occurs on other brands of laptop as well (Link for reference: https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/foru...4396040416729/).

This is because while the laptop is being powered on battery, the operating system will automatically conserve the battery life in order to maximize the runtime as long as possible and in turn, it will affect the overall system’s performance due to this (eg: screen brightness will be dimmed, discrete graphics performance will be affected).

Hence during gaming, it is recommended for the laptop to be plugged in with charger to avoid any decrease in performance, hope this clarifies.

As for the payment verification, we are truly sorry for the setback as our internal team is currently operating in limited capacity due to the MCO restrictions, apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

Yes, that is correct. Kindly note that the Type-C port (USB 3.1) is mainly used for power delivery (PD) output; mainly data transfer/charging external USB peripherals/TB3 connectivity for applicable models. It does not support PD input to charge the machine due to insufficient wattage required for the discrete graphics equipped with the laptop, hope this clarifies.
