Quick update on your SELENITE G GPU case: There is no Nvidia driver installed in your SELENITE G upon receiving. Once we have installed the clean Nvidia driver in your original Windows, the GPU functions normally and there is no problem of outputting the video signal to our monitor. You can refer to the snapshot as below:

We also tested Shadow of The Tomb Raider and Witcher 3, the GPU works just fine.

We will spend another day or two for further test.

We were informed that your HDMI was not working when connecting to an external monitor. Normally the HDMI port won't stop working unless the Nvidia GPU (or driver) has issues.

There is only one possibility that the driver wasn't installed properly because the hardware is working completely fine, please refer to our step-by-step installation guide sent to you before during remote diagnosis stage:

Hi figure8, we will send a ONYX G with 165hz sRGB 100% display to JB next monday to replace your 240Hz ONYX G.

We have conducted a con-call with TF yesterday in regards to the issue of the current batch 240Hz display, we will also send them a few screens for diagnosis next week to find out the root cause of the issue.

Not sure why they bother to state 10-20 days if they are unable to achieve this. I have seen many other complaints on this forum about long delivery times and do not understand why they do not just state the real eta. If this takes too long i do not mind getting a refund.

Yes power adapter has 1 year of warranty. You can also try to change power cord to check if the issue still persists.
