that's correct. The SSD has been working for quite some time now, bought it at least 1 year back. it just suddenly fails to detect. Yesterday I notice that suddenly windows detected a new drive (was watching movie that is stored in another HDD at that time), and E drive was detected. That led me to believe that the other m.2 slot might be failing. Is there a way to tell for sure, and if the drive is indeed failing, what are my options?.

I will check the grounding issue later cos my battery is dead, and didnt replace it, so I need to shut down my laptop to proceed.

but with the recent Order, is it a good time to do it now? or after march when the Order has ended?

Hi Azim, i bought my laptop from illegear last few years, and i think time for me to upgrade the SSD as the one i have right now quite full already. but illegear dont have the model that i wanted. can i buy SSD from outside and go to illegear to install and reformat my laptop?

Seems like intel has a few months exclusivity for the new cards.

My Q5 Evo is having some problem where if you use plug in a monitor via hdmi and when the laptop goes to turn off both the monitor and laptop display, it will automatically BSOD. I'm not sure if its a BIOS bug due to the shutting down of the Nvidia GPU to save power. My warranty is up during MCO period so I can't send it for checking. Any advice?

what's your top of the line laptop? The Selenite doesn't have Thunderbolt 3.
