I never recommend a certain book for a gift. A lot of people who have very different tastes to choose a book. Before choosing a book for yourself or someone for a gift, I try to study a short summary. Recently, in order to choose a book for a gift to a friend, I read a mere christianity summary after which I purchased and did not regret it. I will say that my friend is very happy with the gift.
