As in how did you conclude it's bad color?

We'd like to hear (read) the basis of your findings.

The color shift too much when viewing at an angle of 45 above
Srgb rating is below 99%, color not quite accurate and not natural when being calibrate using the menu
Blue light noticeably higher than other brand
Also the bottom panel gets hot easier when using more than an hour

Might be bias since i compare them with samsung quantom dot and lenovo thinkvision x1 which twice pricier

But i seen benq doing better with the display

See, that's so much more insightful than just 'bad color'. You see, we come by many people who claim this and that about colors (and this happens to the rest of our frienemies in the industry as well!) but in the end there's still a need to know which angle they're coming from and also depends on which model.

1. Color shift at 45 degree angle does happen and varies from panel to panel and as to how much is too much, we'd say it's subjective. smile.gif Fortunately we've not known anyone to use it at 45 degrees but it people do, then avoid our monitor. tongue.gif

2. SRGB rating below 99% doesn't make it bad color, for best color accuracy you should use colorimeter. We don't know what your "not quite accurate" is based on, people who aim for accuracy would typically looking at the screen and based on their works, and even towards print.

3. Last point - we're also the only brand (I think) that is currently available for you guys to dish out your dissatisfaction to. wink.gif If you think your monitor isn't good and wish for us to have a look, you could drop us a PM and we'll get the right person to contact you.

4. Decided to add one more point, our monitor comes with On-Site pickup warranty cool2.gif
