Performing a TLS handshake to cdnjs.cloudflare.com
Chrome, IE11 and other browsers can open without problem. OS is Win10 64 bit (I don't think OS matters).
Why? How to fix?
Firefox cannot load www.lowyat.net, other browsers are ok. why?

My Firefox 66.0.3 can't load www.lowyat.net. It can load forum.lowyat.net though (posting this on firefox now). I have disabled adblock plus addon but it makes no difference. The bottom status shows:

after updating my firefox to the latest version (which fix the certificate issue that broke addons), it can now load www.lowyat.net
weird. |
