QUOTE(greyshadow @ Aug 22 2020, 10:08 AM) with the adaptive triggers, I'm having serious doubt the battery life can be better than the existing DS4, I think the most will be on par only. for battery, play dualsense while connecting to usb cable or power bank Jamming up the trigger in certain games is a novelty idea, but in the long run IMO it might caused high wear & tear of the trigger servo motor & it's mechanism, ending with lots of dead R2 for trigger mechanism hope got warranty more than 1 year. haha |

QUOTE(wkn @ Sep 21 2020, 11:07 AM) actually there will be plenty of stock for the digital version because almost everyone will buy the disc version due to these reasons: I bet they wont switch to all digital. If they do how about gamers who collect blu-ray movie? 1) they want to sell their games after they finish playing it. 2) they prefer to buy bluray disc versions of movies / tv shows rather then watch it on netflix. 3) they have slow internet & don't want to wait 10 days to download one game. sony is promoting digital because they want to get rid of second hand sales of games & control the market directly. if digital version is successful, sony won't make disc version for PS6,PS7, etc. |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Nov 9 2020, 11:14 PM) PS5 FAQ Explorations for allowing players to store (but not play) PS5 games on a USB drive in a future update are underway.Perhaps TS need to put this up on 1st post https://blog.playstation.com/2020/11/09/ps5...e-ultimate-faq/ So later they will enable the option to transfer PS5 game to external hdd same like Series X. But it only for storage/backup. If wanna play, need to transfer back. I think I'm cool with this. |

QUOTE(greyshadow @ Nov 10 2020, 08:33 AM) other camp teardown reveal they are using M.2 SSD that is replaceable, another win there I don't mind about the BC function. Still got external hdd to play PS4's games on PS5. Yes the custom SSD only works great for PS5 games. As for BC function it only upgrade the fps and resolution. But unable to swap the internal SSD kinda bummer if shit happen So if by chance your storage is corrupted, you can just swap out the SSD with a new one, whereas PS5 is as good as a door stop Since the initial speed test on past gen games between the two shows that XsX standard M.2 SSD is loading faster than PS5 custom soldered on SSD, I wonder if their so called "customised" high speed SSD is optimised for PS5 games only |

Hmmm... COD MW just released new patch for graphic. 25gb for hi-res chara and weapons. Optimized for PS4 Pro and PS5 with UHD display. I;m still using 1090p display so no need to download it. Can't wait to play my FIFA21 and Cold War on PS5
