impulse gaming also sell disc xbox series x for rm2199, which is sgd direct convert. i see they have physical shop at senai johor, maybe should be fine.

very misleading what he post. he say include 1 dualsense, then later down there put the pulse 3d those is not included, is just make u confused tot ada bagi.   

the misleading one i am talking about the game mini shop, also got shop in senai johor. but they got legit shop so should be legit i believe, they probably got link with some distributor in SG to get in bulk for special price.
ya impulse is 1000000% trusted cos i always buy games from them. maybe they still sort out with distributor in SG. i think even for SG stock is super limited.

if official sony malaysia ps5 price is rm2599, i might as well go buy pc & join master race. 

consoles are suppose to be cheaper then pc but if the price is high like this, a lot of people will either buy pc or wait for the price to drop.

yeah and xbox has ready add on for the expandable storage. PS5 fuk it man, they cannot let u put 2 drive. at least u can have 2 drives working in series, ps5 they give u 800gb, u upgrade aslo buy 1tb only for now more worth money, then u also expand 200gb only, got wat use that 200gb lol.

Upon watching the vid again, I noticed a few more things;

- I count 6 phases on the VRM side. It's either a 5+1 or 4+2 config for the APU and memory, this to me is borderline enough. Another cost cutting area as the XSX is 8 phases. Too bad the video doesn't zoom in enough to see what ICs they use for the VRM though.

- 350w PSU may sound like a lot, but it's also borderline enough. It's a class D topology as usual but wished they opened it up to show who the OEM is.

- Internal antennas for the wifi 6 and bluetooth doesn't seem very good. It's about the best place they can put it, but boy I'm not expecting much better wifi than the PS4 here.

- They soldered down the NANDs for the internal SSD, fine. But I wonder what kind of NANDs they are, TLC? Didn't zoom in enough to see who made the NANDs either.

This would be a bit technical, but I'll try to simplify it as much as possible.

A processor of any kind needs electric (duh) in which case the motherboard is receiving from the power supply as voltage. But the processor cannot just use that voltage as is, it needs to be be phased out till the point where it is low enough and not too high for it to work, as specified by the processor design. Too low of a voltage causes instability, too high of a voltage causes monumental heat increase. There has to be a correct balance.

So VRM phases will take the voltage and filter them out, as many times as the phases are available before going through to the processor. Generally speaking, the more phases there are, the more times the incoming voltage will be checked and thus the more accurate and clean the current will be. So if there are 6 phases, the voltage will be checked six times.

But of course phases aren't free, the more phases there are, the more difficult it is to implement. It's not simply just getting more mosfets and slapping them onto the board.

To go back to the PS5, I'm not making any conclusion until there are high res pictures of the motherboard. I do not know what mosfets they are using and the caps look to be sufficient too. But Cerny mentioned how they are controlling clock speeds in relation to temperatures, but in order to have a correct balance on that - the VRM section needs to be robust too. From the teardown, it looks good enough but again, no conclusion because it's not close enough to see what components they are using.
