Going to buy xiaomi smart switch but not happy with the voltage tolerance

To be honest I'm not familiar with Xiaomi smart switch. There's two type with & without Neutral right. What's the issue with the Voltage tolerance?

What switch can measure power consumption apart from POW R2?
