Is it true?
I read a tweet a long time ago about a guy who got accepted to do civil engineering in the UK. Can't seem to find it now though. I don't remember which university foundation programme he was from, but he said that you can use UM/UiTM/IIUM foundation results to apply for UK universities through UCAS, just that you can't apply to russell group universities like Oxbridge, imperial, lse etc.
Pretty shocking because I was never told this. I also just learnt yesterday that program matrikulasi KPM is also recognised by top universities in the world. Is there a catch to it or somthing?

Can't confirm if it's true though. Having said that I think imperial college and university of Manchester accept matriks result. My advice is, if there is any doubt, send an email to the university and ask them if they accept the qualification you have/about to have. This post has been edited by Mr.dupe: Apr 17 2019, 04:27 PM

Apparently manchester accepts matriks but imperial college doesn't https://matrikulasi.moe.gov.my/system/penta...en/soalazim.pdf (see page 10)

If they want your money enough, they will try their best to recognise your whatever qualification....
But the top universities care more about their reputation and quality than your money.....
