i guess the developer are desperate to have a 'sell out' at this current economy.

sell small size -> equals to lower price per unit -> bank loan easier to approve -> sold out -> developer achieve target!

saddest thing is that starling citta all are doing better now... and they are just neighborhood malls with cinema... but this mega mall really disappointed all PJ nang who expecting big things from them....

Usually when place are run down and had credibility issue, developer will try to sell low to catch the participants, but this one isn’t . It still able to sell at high price, Malaysian are a fascinate investors.

Most Malaysians are blinded by greed, will invest in any convincing dream.
