Another thought which had been in my mind and would like to get some opinion from you all.
Say if someone always go for all natural, organic kind of supplement while I go for those that's selling in my protein, will there be any drastic difference? Its okay to take supplements, but only if you know what you should take, as everyone has their own condition that means the supplements will be different as well.
