Hi guys,

Another thought which had been in my mind and would like to get some opinion from you all.

Say if someone always go for all natural, organic kind of supplement while I go for those that's selling in my protein, will there be any drastic difference? I do agree that the absorption rate and effectiveness of supplement differ, but I have the mentality that it's better than not taking any as our daily food intake is generally not balance.

What's your thought?

Supplement is better if we not intake much multivitamin or vegetables, proteins those daily. But make sure do research or choose a reliable company or brands.

Supplements are not necessary if your diet contains enough nutrients and the body absorbs nutrients better from food. That's why supplements contain an excess of the nutrient because there is no guarantee the body can absorb or how much it can absorb. The unabsorbed nutrients just pass out of the body.

Hard to get a complete diet these days. Many of us do not pay attention to what we consume daily but this is important in determining what supplements we are lacking.

I am taking melatonin to regulate my sleep.

Exercise, at least 8 hours of sleep and stress free to get you healthy and balance life.
But if you really need real and safe supplement, google this "who invented first multivitamin".

Used to take supplements like those multis etc. But now not taking anymore. seems to be more of a placebo.

maybe will start taking them again for peace of mind when re-starting the cut.

Its okay to take supplements, but only if you know what you should take, as everyone has their own condition that means the supplements will be different as well. Taking the right ones will benefit you better and more efficient

Generally if you do not know why you are supplementing it is a waste of money. You mentioned your daily diet is not balanced. If you have trouble fixing it and supplements are easier for you, you should still know what you are supplementing on. Short on zinc? Magnesium?

"Natural" and "organic" are usually marketing buzzwords more effective at driving sales than any tangible health benefit.
