Hi guys,
I did some reading and understand that the ratio should be 60:40 for intra:extra.
However, through some body scanner, mine is generally around the range of 65:35. I believed that I have control my sodium intake and work out quite frequently.
But I just want to know what else I may did wrong. Perhaps you may just ask me question and we discuss from there how can I improve the ratio.
I do realize that I drink a fair bit of water daily, around 3 litres and my drinking habit may not be good. Often 250ml to 300ml every intake,instead of slowly seeping.
