Waja cps & gen2 cps model.
The waja comes with hid factory light.

Both can get below rm10k

Cons: heavy a bit on fuel consumption, lagging on low rpm, need to push at least above 3k rpm. Even with cps.
Pro: able to sprint good until 170kmh, considering the engine size is 1.6L
Plenty of foreman able to service the car
Plenty of parts if broken
Basically cheap on maintenance
Generally ok interior.

but I thought they said there's some problem with auto Wira?

WIRA 1.6 Auto gearbox is the worst. Avoid!

WIRA 1.5 and 1.8 auto gearbox are better cos different from 1.6 gearbox.

I think waja is a car that is within budget and fulfills all of your requirements.
Ok to cruise on highways compared to smaller or older cars, reasonable performance and handling.
