Being close to the mall (which is still expanding) is a great value. accessibility to other towns also pretty good (minus the traffic). maintenance fee a little bit on the high side i think.

just few questions. SA told me that this is a commercial lot, but transferable to residential for utilities upon receiving the key later. is it true?
another thing is, is it under Putrajaya or Selangor address? Based on its brochure, the building plan was approved by Sepang MC. not sure on this.
