Most likely because in people mindset putrajaya quite far away , i think this area quite promising if IOI really focus on this master plan

From what I heard , Conezion quiet as of now cause IOI decided to lease themselves instead of turning to agents cause they want to maintain a standard instead of becoming low class area

Booked mine last weekend!

Got the 1023 sqft unit. But I actually like the layout where the master bedroom is at the other side to bedroom 2 & 3. Compared to the layout where all rooms are at one side. Bringing my wife to IOI Galleria this weekend to check it out one more time.

I think is not about IOI city a mall good or no good. If you buyijg for own stay it is still depend on your work location actually. You still need to work to feed your house and spend on mall 😂.

Buy for invest is lack of catalyst short term and uncertainty for long term.

The location still far and lack of public transport, not so favour compare to recent condo that ppl advertising.

But the layout, arrangement and package given really nice. Very attractive when visit thier show unit.

Thats why i took type C1 because of master bedroom is at the other side and also the kitchen separate with entrance.
But unfortunately only unit facing ioi mall is available. Hopefully no highrise building in front of this condo in future

Went to its sales booth at IOI city mall. Looks good in design and location. Also love the low density type of projects like this.

Being close to the mall (which is still expanding) is a great value. accessibility to other towns also pretty good (minus the traffic). maintenance fee a little bit on the high side i think.

Was informed by the SA that the take-up rate also impressive, since launching last month. i'm currently thinking to buy one too.

just few questions. SA told me that this is a commercial lot, but transferable to residential for utilities upon receiving the key later. is it true?

another thing is, is it under Putrajaya or Selangor address? Based on its brochure, the building plan was approved by Sepang MC. not sure on this.

There are still units at clio 1 available. Any particular reasons why current buyers chose clio2? Im considering clio 1.. clio2 price is cheaper but will need to wait till vp to move in..

1. Can transfer depends on how fast IOI doing their job.

2. IOI resort city under MP Sepang, not putrajaya. Near putrajaya border only.

1. My SA told me also that they will transfer to residential after vp
2. Address postcode will be 62502 putrajaya but local authority will be MP Sepang

Clio 2 is fully residential project, so there wont be any commercial lot in the vicinity.

Compare to Connexion, there are commercial lots below the apartment. so it depends on your preference.

Me too bought for own stay.
Current package is like 8+2+3

So its gonna be 10% on the SPA price but 3% cashback which would cover the progressive interest till VP.

Yea noticed someone has raised the water issue but didnt elaborate much so not quite sure about it.

There is some adjustment in the selling package.

Anyway, whoever wanted to book or buy a unit from this project.
They may see the actual unit before they make up their mind... So buyers can see with their own eyes on whether if there is any defects everything can see first before placing booking...

Although if there is defects, developer will have liability period for their defects team to repair upon VP.
That is the function of defect team.

Hi, would like to hear feedback from people staying here. Looking to stay in the area.. how’s the feedback on the quality of the unit ya? Got a lot of defects and such?

Also the surrounding area has come to life already? I saw on this thread earlier that conezion is a bit lacking - just wondering if this is still the case
