I am planning to buy a new laptop, which have a fast performance and high graphic used. It is mainly for graphic design work. No gaming.

My budget is Rm4500-5000.

don't care the battery life, weight not so heavy 15-17"

So which are brand and spec that I should search for?

Go for Alienware or those Dell Inspiron or better series, its within your budget.

Also have a look at Acer's Predator series, not bad too.

If you are looking for graphic design work, it is better you look for Quadro graphic which render faster. Are you using the laptop for heavy load?

June coming soon if can wait, there will be new models launching from some brands.

If not, take alook at llegear Z7 17inch laptop with 1050Ti gpu and 16GB Ram with a 240GB ssd and a 1TB hdd too. It's within your budget range. Choosing a 1TB 7200rpm better or a 1TB SSHD better I dont know, its giving me headache.

The screen is 17.3" Full HD Anti-glare Display IPS/AHVA sRGB 100% Color & Wide View (1920 x 1080) with a i7-8750H CPU.

As for refresh rate, not sure 60Hz or can overclock to 75Hz.

PS: I'm not related to any brands, just searching for a perfect laptop for my next upgrade, currently stuck with a 14inch laptop, doing simple photo editing really drive me up the wall, the screen really too small.

Graphic design as in 2D GD work?
You need to look for display with good color accuracy, and maybe 4K resolution.
6-core i7 CPU is probably a norm in laptop with those kind of display.
At least 16GB RAM, consider 32GB.
SSD, SATA or NVME doesn’t matter.
GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1650 GPU for the CUDA cores acceleration in software.

Have you considered the smaller screen Microsoft Surface with pen for you to draw on the screen?

You can check the official Dell refurbished website. Quite a few good options there.
